The Pisner, a special beer from Danish brewing company Norrebro Bryghus, is made of 50,000 litres of human urine collected from a music festival. The waste is processed to get rid of smell, traces or taste of urine. Termed as “beercycling”, the human urine is the best natural fertilzer and provides a sustainable way for the beer making process.
The Danish brewery has already produced 60,000 bottles of Pisner that are safe to consume.
